I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to have been invited by to attend their recent wellness retreat and provide hand massage treatments for such an inspiring group of women.

It was a truly special experience. I had the privilege of carrying out 11 treatments, each one spent with amazing, strong, and uplifting women. I’m so thankful to have played a small part in helping them relax and take a moment for themselves.

A huge thank you to the hosts and organisers who made the entire day so welcoming, supportive, and beautifully put together. Your kindness and care did not go unnoticed.

It was a full and tiring day with back-to-back treatments, but absolutely worth every moment. I left feeling inspired, humbled, and deeply appreciative to have been included.

Our last 4 week session untill May! Today we did DIY roller ball blends with carrier oils & essential oils at today's community self-care & wellness session 🥰 the blends that were made each spelt divine and each to suit our invididual attendees - relaxation seems to be at the top of their lists today- enjoy you're next 4 weeks everyone will update again after this shirt break we will return with another 4 amazing sessions from 8th May
