And it’s not your fault that no one ever told you.

So many women come to me saying:
“I eat healthy.”
“I barely eat.”
“I’ve tried everything.”

Yet their body still feels heavy.
Bloated.
Reactive.
Hormones all over the place.

I want to share something with you - said with love:
💜 Your body is asking for more fibre.

Not as a trend.
Not as a supplement bandaid.
But as a daily nourishment.

When fibre is missing, your body struggles to let go.
Excess estrogen gets recycled instead of released.
Inflammation quietly builds.
Blood sugar swings feel exhausting.
Cravings get louder, not because you’re weak — but because your gut feels unsafe.
This isn’t a small oversight.
It’s a foundational gap.

Most women are eating 10–15g of fibre a day, thinking they’re doing great.
Your gut and hormones need closer to 20–30g to feel regulated, calm, and supported.

And no — this isn’t about eating more food or being perfect.
It’s about adding back what your body has been missing.
More colour on your plate.
More plants that gently guide hormones out of the body.

More foods that say, “I’ve got you.”
Fibre is how your body softens.
How it releases.
How it heals.
If your body has felt inflamed, stuck, or out of rhythm lately —
this might be the support it’s been waiting for.

If this resonates, let me know in the comments or send me a 🤍
And if you’d like, I can share simple ways to increase fibre without bloating.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need deeper nourishment.

Step 1: Stop accepting “normal” and start demanding OPTIMAL.

You deserve to feel good
— not just “within range.”

Step 2: Find someone who connects the dots.
Your gut, hormones, blood sugar, and nervous system don’t work in isolation — they work together.

Step 3: Get the right tests.
Comprehensive thyroid panel (including iodine),
cortisol,
fasting insulin,
micronutrients,
hormone mapping,
inflammatory markers,
Stool testing to assess your microbiome.

✨ Health isn’t about chasing symptoms
— it’s about understanding the whole picture.

Planning 2026 differently this time 🤍
Not to become a new person.
Just to take better care of the one I already am.

Why this is working:
📌Consistency over intensity
📌Regulation over productivity
📌Rituals over routines

🥬 Have some greens
Even a handful of greens = micronutrients + a mental “I showed up for myself” moment.

📓 Write in a journal
More of:
3 messy sentences
One emotion check-in
One honest thought
☝Still one of the strongest tools for nervous-system regulation.

🍵 Make yourself a herbal drink
Herbal = non-caffeinated comfort + ritual.
It’s less about the herb, more about the pause.

🧘 Stretch your body
Micro-stretching is winning over intense workouts.
Even 2–5 minutes resets the body after screens, stress, and sitting.

💧 Drink water before coffee
This habit reduces cortisol spikes and dehydration without forcing you to quit coffee (which nobody wants).

🎧 Listen to a podcast
slow conversations
solo reflective episodes
educational but calming content

📖 Read a chapter of a book
clean up your wardrobe of old clothes

🧹 Cleanse your space
This is one of the strongest mood shifters:
make the bed
clean up your wardrobe from old clothes
clear one surface
light, scent, or air
External order = internal calm.

This year isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what helps "me" stay.

If you’re committing to yourself quietly this year —
you’re not alone.

30/12/2025

This is why:

Every climb humbles you,
every summit reminds you what you’re capable of 💪

And when life changes, you don’t quit what you love —
you choose what fits your life right now.

That choice is strength.

2025 taught me that progress isn’t always about doing more.

It’s about doing what fits your life.

I started the year chasing mountain trails, drawn to the freedom, solitude, and clarity that only long runs in nature can give. Each race was a blessing.

Every training session, every finish line, a lesson.

And along the way, I met incredible people — connections I’ll carry with me far beyond sport.

But somewhere in the middle of the year, life asked for adjustments.

Weekend handball matches, team commitments, work, and recovery left little room for high-volume running.

So I shifted.

I focused on functional strength, smart load management, and—most importantly—proper nutrition.
And that’s where the magic started.

Fueling my body well.
Training with intention.
Respecting recovery.

Letting go of some mountain runs wasn’t easy. I still love the feeling of standing on a summit, breathless and free.

But I also learned an important truth:
we can’t have it all — and that’s okay.

Choosing team training over solo running strengthened more than my body. It improved my mental health, boosted my confidence, and gave my weeks rhythm and structure. Every match became a new experience, every session a chance to grow.

This year wasn’t about sacrifice.
It was about alignment.

I am forever grateful for the people I met, the lessons I learned, and the journey sport gave me.

✨Have you ever had to let go of something you love to make space for what fits your life right now?

How did you manage it?

A few days of festive eating won’t undo your health.
What matters is what you do consistently over months.

Enjoy the break fully😁

Work all year around to keep healthy habits, plan your meals, move your body, and build routines you can sustain.

When I was younger, I used to stress about long Christmas holidays spent in Poland, so much traditional food, heavy on fat, meat, and sugar.

As we’ve grown, we’ve adapted.
We still keep our traditions, just with less sugar, less fat, and more balance.

I don’t restrict during the festive season. If I want another slice of cheesecake, I’ll have it 😁

Because 1–2 weeks of celebration don’t define me. The habits I build and maintain all year do — that’s what keeps me healthy, strong, and feeling good.

👉 Swipe through the carousel to see all four tips!

And if you’re curious about gut health, here are a few bite-size gems to keep in mind:
👇

🌿 Hormones + Diet
Eating a variety of plant foods and cutting back on processed foods helps balance insulin, cortisol, and s*x hormones. If you’re struggling with hormone or gut issues, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help!

🧘‍♀️ Stress + Digestion
Chronic stress can mess with the gut barrier and microbiome, causing digestive trouble and hormone imbalance. Simple practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and regular movement can make a big difference.

⚡ Blood Sugar Balance
Stable blood sugar supports steady energy, balanced hormones, and better digestion. Build meals with protein, healthy FATS, and fiber
👉and move your body daily for bonus points.
