1st time this has been achieved since the start of perimenohellopause in March 2019
Result!

*my imaginary wicked witch who keeps trying to get me.

(Well, until I buggered my shoulder last weeknd taking a sports bra off but hey, that's just life 🥴🤣)

Another week, another example of a mid-life woman having cardiac symptoms be dismissed.
What do we have to do to get the correct info to the front line medical staff; paramedics, A&E staff, GPs?
I'm open to offers of giving presentations, talks, just how to we get these to happen?
This really could be the difference between life and death.

Although they've lived in Portugal for many years, we've kept in touch and we managed to meet up whilst Cameron & I were on holiday there in September.
Just lovely!
