The end of a life-stage as child 2 leaves for Uni
And I get to visit her
It turns out I love training alone, hit 145kg on the hip thrust
Somehow I won the Scrabble against My Mum The Scrabble Queen despite her strong start 😆
Visiting child 1 is a glorious journey
Learning to handstand without back pain is a bit of a revelation!
