Grab your sports bra and only progress if your knees, hips and PELVIC FLOOR don't complain.

When you work with women every single day of the year, International Women's Day is like being an Edinburgh resident in August - suddenly everybody in the world has jumped on your bus, talking too loud about things they don't know much about, telling you how wonderful it all is. When it's done they leave and you don't see them again till next year.

In short: Don’t worry if you see your tummy coning or doming in the third trimester. Your body is doing exactly what it’s designed to do. Practice rolling on to your side to get out of bed, and breathing out as you lift heavy things.
