During this Spinal Energetics session, the left arm activated first — channeling the Ida Nadi, the feminine line.
This energy often carries the mother’s imprint — unresolved grief, unmet needs, and deep emotional memory.

As the right arm responded, the Pingala Nadi awakened — masculine energy connected to the father.
