2025, insights as a coach, I’m not sure what comes to mind, possibly war, chaos, division and a time of massive projection. World affairs. We experienced the good, bad and ugly in the world, causing heartbreaking distress as we couldn’t believe what was happening in-front of our eyes. Endless media coverage engulfed mindsets as we all lived and projected it in our daily lives - casting us into our shadow selves as the snake skin started shedding (2025 year of the snake). The shedding was about taking back power in whatever shape or form was present in our dharma. It became hard to have honest conversations without being triggered. Friendships were questioned. Aggression heightened. Hate began to take hold. Only we know our projections and why we project them. It’s not been an easy year. Freedoms dissolved. Politically. Conversationally. Having an opinion was muted, as fake news engulfed us. What dilutes hate? LOVE. That beautiful verb that never leaves us, unless we choose to let it leave us. It dissolves egos and breathes life deep into our lungs and heart. It offers hope, joy, a resurgence of faith in the world, towards each other and the future. Love is the greatest power in existence delivering compassion, gratitude and forgiveness. Breathe it in!
I hope we never become numb by world events.
2025 taught us how how easy it is to hate, let 2026 teach us how easy it is to love with compassion and pure grace.
2026 is the year of the fire horse and I’m intuitively feeling will be more sacred and beautiful 🩷
