This week we had the pleasure of delivering a private FREC 3 course to the team at Kelpie Geoscience 🌊

Five intense days of training - clinical decision making, lifesaving interventions, and outstanding teamwork throughout.

As professional international expedition geoscientists, the Kelpie team are preparing for their next rural marine expedition, now fully equipped to manage emergencies, provide immediate care, and support healthcare professionals during long transits at sea.

- From being out covering Go Cart Racing operationally.
- Successful Restart a Heart day at our academy where we taught over 10 people CPR for free.
- Teaching new care staff First Aid Awareness in the Care Sector. - Thanks 1st Focus Homecare
- Prepping for our upcoming FREC 3 course next week, which is fully booked. 1 space left on the November course and spaces in December availabile.

We are super excited to bring to you The new Introduction to ECGs CPD course.

8th Nov 2025 at our Responder Academy in Roslin, Midlothian - Bringing you an exclusive CPD day where we introduce you to the world of ECGs.

Learn what ECGs are and what the squiggly lines mean,
How to acquire 3 and 12 lead ECGs,
Interpret basic ECGs and learn the to recognise the abnormal,
Understand Shockable and Non Shockable Rhythms.

We will go over Normal Sinus Rhythm, Tachycardic Sinus Rhythm, Bradycardic Sinus Rhythm, Ventricular Fibrillation, Ventricular Fibrillation, Asystole and Pulseless Electrical Activity.
