To maintain winter eye health, protect your eyes from UV rays by wearing sunglasses that block 100% of UVA/UVB rays, as snow reflects sunlight. Keep your eyes moist with lubricating drops and a humidifier, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Additionally, use warm, indirect lighting to reduce eye strain and shield your eyes from wind with glasses, hats, and scarves.
