What a day! Thank you, UofG students and staff, for coming in and exploring the Alexander Technique (most of you for the first time!) last Wednesday. And for the amazing feedback. "Learning about the real nature of our neck, guiding the smooth and simple movements of the body which we’ve forgotten over the years." as S. put it.

We are working to make more opportunities like that available soon. Special shoutout to Julie and Samia for making this happen.
