π‘ The power of 'NO!' π‘
I love the Scots language. It has a playful way of conveying a message with a wee bit of humour, until it doesn't!
π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ Och wheesht (stop talking)
π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ Dinnae fash (don't worry)
The power of a two letter word, NO!
How often have you said it today?
If you have kids, especially a toddler, how often have they said it today?
πππππππππππππππππππππ
Why do we find this such a challenging word to say?
Why, when we pluck up the courage to say it, we feel guilty/uncomfortable?
Try saying it out loud and pay attention to how your physical body reacts!
Do you have tightness anywhere?
Did you feel a knot or tightness in your tummy?
Did you start to overthink the "consequences" that could happen?

As someone who reads a lot into colour (no pun intended), and the associations with the chakra systems, endocrine systems, emotions, and boundaries. I love asking people how they feel about this particular colour.
Yellow is associated with the solor plexus. This is found in the stomach area. It represents our self-esteem, self-confidence, healthy boundaries, and our power of will.
If this is a word that doesn't come easily for you. Try practicing it with people you trust and feel comfortable with. Learn to honour your feelings when you genuinely don't want to do something, or feel you're already doing to much!
Start introducing yellow into your life with some items of clothing, try including it in your home, and your food, or garden.
You could try placing your hands on you solar plexus, and visual beautiful yellow light energersing your chakra to help strengthen it.
Wishing you a day filled with healthy boundaries and gentle learnings.
