ppropriate avenues to gain recognition and celebration of their achievements. Facilitating support groups of individuals and volunteers to have a voice, to be heard, their rights upheld, and collectively raise issues and campaign for access to better services. We are keen to develop opportunities for peer group, coaching support and projects with other appropriate agencies. Keen listening skills and a clear sense of how to encourage people to find their path is our job. We can help clients identify what motivates and inspires them and gently show them ways to suss out how they want to contribute or find meaning in their lives. This process can combine life coaching and job coaching as well as group support around gaining skills.We are patient, intuitive and good at coming up with creative solutions and action steps with a down to earth practical approach.
