I had the privilege of providing BLS & Safe Use of a Defibrillator Training to Civil Service and MOD Personnel .

Teaching Basic Life Support (BLS) to military personnel is an essential component of their training, equipping them with the skills needed to respond effectively in emergencies. BLS focuses on the immediate care provided to an individual who is experiencing a life-threatening condition, such as cardiac arrest or respiratory failure.

By prioritising BLS training, military organisations not only enhance the readiness of their personnel but also contribute to safer communities. This training can empower service members with the confidence and skills needed to save lives, both in and out of uniform.
