This 4-week course is designed for beginners and those new to Pilates or those looking to restart Pilates after a long absence. We will cover the basic principles of Pilates and help you develop an understanding of the method. These sessions are designed for 3 people maximum, and it will involve working on the Pilates apparatus: a combination of Towers, Mat, Magic Circle, Pre-Pilates and Standing exercises from the classical Pilates syllabus.
