Remedials about to start in all EH areas .
Tanks drained and cleaned and appropriate Byelaw kits fitted along with Insect filters.

Hot water dead legs removed to washing machines on fixed priced remedial costs

Anyone looking to have a test done , or remedials if you've had the test done elsewhere,simply leave a message here or PM and I'll get back within a few hours ..

Landlords within the public or private sector become the responsible person if the test isn't carried out ,and if it is, the remedials require doing within a suitable time frame as they and not the Tester or the HA or letting agents assume responsibility..

Legionella testing now into EH12 and EH13..

There are many properties where simple inhouse maintenance would be beneficial ,and the Test and info/tech sheet given would give LLs a bit of peace of mind..

Testing moved on to EH 12 and 13 , so many remedials, nice open window to address the Medium risk issues but it's all needing doing..

Morning Folks

Another hectic month of tests , it's great to see everyone getting there flats sorted out and up to speed with the latest compliances,remedials starting soon on the Medium risk properties as to keep within the 6 month guidelines which as a company we encourage ..

Updated certificates are provided once the works are carried out and are part of the service ..

It's full steam ahead in EH11 just now with testing taking place everyday in properties to meet compliance ..

Just so you know , these are all dead legs on HW supplies to washing machines which are no longer required as most machines are cold fill only ..

These should be removed to take away any issues of it being drawn into your system should it be drained ..

Will be replaced as are a potential health hazard ..

Not had much of a chance to post, as been extremely busy with testing and remedials for the various rental and letting agents, who allow me to monitor and test there flats...

Any private LLs out there ,id make sure you get your Legionella test and Certifacate done ,mostly simple remedies but catastrophic results if an issue occurs..
