Fantastic opportunity to learn new ways of coping with stress or anxiety due to this pandemic. These free virtual workshops have been arranged by Health in Mind and all are welcome to join! 😊 Nothing is more important than how we manage our feelings and thoughts when we are overwhelmed 💚 You can book in for one workshop or all - your choice!

It may also be beneficial to those who experience anxiety regardless of COVID-19 👍🏻

Pharmacies are now able to prescribe certain things to help treat minor health issues - coughs, colds, stomach upsets, (odd rashes, sore bits, funky ears... ya know, all the good stuff you usually bring) but now we can do more than just sell you something or point you towards the docs!
Come and talk to us... bring your mask (and cake!) 👍🏼

If you have a minor health condition, like a sore throat or urinary tract infection, visit your pharmacy first for expert advice.

The pharmacist can give you treatment or refer you on to other services if needed.

I’m not normally one to need an excuse for a biscuit and a cuppa... but this is a pretty good one! ☕️🍪
We all struggle with our feelings sometimes and it can really help to talk it through with someone... even if that’s just over the phone or by text (less biscuit opportunities that way though!) 😊
