treatments are off due to the covid 19 crisis. but please get in touch for any self massage/conditioning/stretching/remedial exercise needs or ideas. we going to have some enforced home time, so try some exercise with your family, create some mind body challenges and new routines.

Taking bookings for the October break.. Relax unwind, or get some detailed to the point attention to the niggles and sometimes issues we all get from time to time.

Price structures relate to time spent in the session, and obviously ability to pay. Basic grade goes working, not working as much as full time, student, out of work and other niche modes..

Session comes with comprehensive analysis of the condition or issue. Homework exercises optional. Strength and stretch/release exercises also part of the session by demand.

Always learning! Last 'course' baby massage.. But it's not something I would be expecting clients from! Unless your baby very savvy with Facebook.. However for all those adults wanting some knots out, or injuries worked on, or just a nice check in with the body.. Bookings open for may.
