π Call-Out: Artist Residency (x2 available) for Galoshans Festival 2026 π¨

RIG Arts invites socially engaged artists to apply for a paid 8 week residency as part of Inverclydeβs Galoshans Festival 2026.
This is your chance to create new work rooted in the community, and inspired by the spirit of Galoshans, celebrating creativity, culture, and collective storytelling.
Weβre inviting bold, community focused artists from any discipline to develop their creative practice while engaging with local people. Whether youβre into performance, sculpture, installation, walkabout art, or experimental research, this is your platform to explore and share!
β¨ Whatβs on offer:
Β£800/week for 8 weeks (20 hrs/week or equivalent, AugustβOctober 2025)
Β£1,500 materials budget
Access to studio space and accommodation (if required)
Flexible working and strong community support
Showcase opportunity during Galoshans Festival (17th β 31st October 2025)
Access to support and community connection through RIG Arts
