THIS FRIDAY!

Join Christina Purcell for a 90 minute restorative yoga and yoga nidra workshop that promotes deep rest and relaxation.

The workshop begins with gentle movement to stretch and prepare your body to get comfortable to lie down for approximately 30 minutes of yoga nidra. Yoga “sleep” is a meditation practice where you slow your breath down, calm your nervous system, withdraw from conscious thought, and resolve to connect with your true nature. Book through the website (please note class credits can not be used as payment)

The wisdom traditions teach that illness is a symptom of imbalance, or dissonance rather than resonance. Sound energy healing focuses on creating vibrations that improve overall health and wellness.

Contreaux adds, “Gongs open up your chakras and often release a lot of blocked energy, much like acupuncture or massage can do – it really is a sound massage.”

Build strength from the inside out!

Our Pilates of Portobello classes are a brilliant way to develop deep core strength, improve stability, and support your overall movement, on and off the mat.

We’ve had a few of our regular yogis joining recently, and they’ve already noticed a real difference in their yoga practice, feeling stronger, more stable, and more connected through each movement.

Pilates works beautifully alongside yoga, helping to strengthen the muscles that support your posture, balance, and control, so you can move with more ease and confidence.

If you’re looking to complement your yoga or simply build strength in a gentle, focused way, Pilates is a great place to start.

Monday 5–6pm
Wednesday 7:15–8:15pm

PRENATAL YOGA EVERY WEDNESDAY 5-6PM

A gentle space for you and your baby 🤍

We’re so happy to be offering Prenatal Yoga with Elena and provide a calm, supportive class designed to help you connect with your body, your breath, and your growing baby.

Elena is a warm, friendly and welcoming teacher who creates a truly nurturing environment, helping you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. You’ll be gently guided and supported every step of the way.

These sessions are all about slowing down, easing tension, and creating a moment of stillness in your week. Whether you’re looking to feel more comfortable in your body, prepare for birth, or simply take time for yourself, you’ll be held in a safe and supportive space.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy
No previous yoga experience needed
A nurturing, relaxed studio environment

Come as you are, take what you need, and leave feeling a little more grounded.
