The saddest time saying goodbye to Anagha, but the proudest mama for everything sheās achieved and the inveedibly strong woman sheās become - mentally and physically š„ā¤ļø
Thereās nothing quite like having a bunch of women in your corner rooting for you, supporting you, on the same journey as you. Being genuinely happy for you.
Your friends and family will never quite understand what you need & your challenges the same way as people who go through the same journey.

This needs said I feel. Been a long time comingā¦
Stop being impressed by diets, coaches/influencers dieting or getting very lean for photoshoots, summer etc š
āitās the most confident they ever felt in a bikiniā š„±
Thereās a reason they do a new one every 6 months. Same boring sh*t
Got news for you.. if all they talk about is their diet, and their body.. and how going for a croissant that fit in their calories once a month is āliving their lifeā
Itās probably not the confident life their living
That confient life my clients usually talk about is not doubting themselves every second, is putting themselves out there more, wearing the clothes they want to⦠not the ones to hide in,
Taking care of themselves, moving their body, being healthy mentally & physically, being PRESENT in their life
And that takes more than a diet. That comes from self-respect.
Ps iām sick of all the boring āhereās my 7th meal of the dayā šš

Iāve got 99 problems but 98 of them stem from the desire of feeling good enough, being an over-achiever and conditioned to people please & love being busy because it makes me feel accomplished.
The remaining one is that iām still yet to find the perfect pistachio croroissant. š„
Donāt know about you but this was me for like the majority of my life.
And I see women settling for less than they deserve because theyāre so afraid of what ofher think if they change, say no ehen they want to, put themselves first, are more assertive, or just choose to prioritise themselves more
All the life boxes youāre ticking and still finding it hard to feel confident in yourself. You might think itās because youā need to lose weightā or ā āwork is too busyā or xyz
But itās everything outside that. How you treat yourself, your body, respect your boundaries, look after your health,
This year can be differrent if you finally commit to doing the work in YOU, not just the work for others.

I used to train 6+ times a week and somehow feel worse. What a deal, right? š
Now? I train 4 times a week for an hour, and guess whatāmy body isnāt falling apart with every step I take (every move i make..,š¶.
But back then, the idea of rest? Nah, I was the queen of caffeine and exhaustionāwell, sheās officially retired. š
2+ hours in the gym, sprints, classesāyou name it, I did it. Sure, I saw some results, but I also got injured and totally burned out. lost my love for training.
Social media doesnāt help eitherāeveryoneās shouting about more workouts, more intensity, more hustle.
Most of the women I coach have been there tooādoing everything and getting nowhere, stuck in a cycle of overworking and running themselves into the ground.
Obsessing over their bodies, exercise and not feeling happy in themselves in though theyāre doing all this work.
Hereās the truth: sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need to move forward.
And the reason why all those pdf and training plans you find on the internet donāt work is because theyāre not designed with you in mind.

š«¶Some random thoughts lately: women need more validation from THEMSELVES.
Maybe you never feel enough, or like youāre doing enough because letās be honest how many things do you do for others vs for yourself?
Maybe you can never feel good in your body because you donāt take care of it as you do of othersā¦

Look,
Literally anyone can show you how to work out a machine in the gym.
And a calorie calculator can give you a ādietā plan to follow.
So if thatās what you want you can pick anyone.
When it comes to life changing results, you donāt just want anyone. You wouldnāt come to me to compete in rowing or a bodybuilding prep ? ANYONE can give you a set of calories and tell you to be disciplined.
So why do you think that your health & confidence goals are any different?
The support. The connection. The values. The skills. The community.
I could show you my body 24/7 and tell you that if you just work hard enough you can get there too. But itās not true. Or helpful.
But see, I WAS YOU.
I was overweight, all my life. I always dieted. I struggled with never being enough. With low confidence. With food. With chronic dieting. I also run a business and would NEVER tell you that in order to get results you need to be like me .
I know that trying to get you to change using sh*tty tactics and making you feel bad about your body isnāt gonna work LONG TERM. It never worked for me either. Just made me feel more like a failure
I want to see you THRIVE in all areas of your life without having to make the gym your entire personality. I care about whatās important to YOU.
And i have over 7 years of experience & skills too. In actual behaviour change, psychology, body image, disordered eating behaviours, low self estem - to know that it takes much more than a diet plan and a step goal, showing you machines - to change forever.
As you are about to see lots of SUMMER SHRED content, you need to change how you TREAT your body. Not just your body.

Writing this I sit here on this shoulder press machine conteplating life choices and PMSing heavily wanting to slap about 5 people
Havenāt trained in a week,
And some part of my brain telling me that I donāt look like I lift anymore,
I keep thinking, how grateful am I for having done the hard work
That I donāt train for a week, i can go on holidays, etc,
and I donāt feel the guilt and the voices in my head telling me iāve ruined my progress
That i donāt suddenly think less about myself/ less confident
That I deserve less food, or I should do more cardio, walk more,
That I might as well spend a whole week looking at the chocolate wrappers iāve just devoured. And gain 5kgs in a few weeks because i feel so bad about myself. Lol.
That I can feel ENOUGH.
Because that used to be the case. To attach all my worth to one behaviour/ area of my life, how i feel about my body, iād feel demotivated and then go all in 100% as soon as i could
To go into self-sabotage & self-distruct mode.
And this is exactly what you do too.
And i canāt imagine a worse place to be than losing your sense of being yourself
And itās incredibly rewarding to help my clients thrive in their body too. To build a strong sense of self. To thrive in their bodies & lives rather than just live for a beach holiday ā¤ļø
