Get a performance based goal THEN you will start to appreciate what your amazing body CAN DO not just what you DONT HAVE.

Sharon, who initially dabbled with short runs, aspired to achieve more. Over 12 months, with a comprehensive running and strength training plan, she built the stamina and confidence to complete her first marathon. Sharon now believes she is stronger than she ever imagined, both physically and mentally.

Leanne has a full on, busy career filled with alot of social work events. She came to me feeling disconnected from her body and uncomfortable going into the gym. She wanted to create healthier habits & shift her mindset towards food, her body & herself.

Over the last few months we have worked together on improving her relationship with food, her body, and herself. With personalised gym routines, nutrition guidance and mindset coaching.

Leanne now feels more confident and empowered both in the gym and in her daily life. She is creating stronger boundaries in many areas of her life off the back of our work.
