I love what I do.

But there's something incredibly special about having people come back and back and back and I'm always so grateful.

My heart is so happy.
And I love my new skelly, thank you so much to my incredibly thoughtful client for making him.

We loved our Maritime Street beginnings, but at the end of 2025, it was time to find a new space that better fitted our vision for EYST going forward.
We've loved welcoming you into our new studio the past couple of weeks and the feedback has been heartwarming. Thank you so much.
EYST is now:

- Ground floor
- Fully accessible
- Disabled access toilet
- Cosy, warm, secure, private
- Still only a 2-minute walk from the old place 😁

Welllll... Technically, we're exactly 2 months late to our own party, as it was actually 1st October 2024 that we opened our wee clinic down at The Shore!

But there was way too much going on in October to even acknowledge this milestone, so we're doing it for Christmas instead 😅🎄

Bookings for yoga classes are FINALLY live (link in bio blah blah), our heating works, my first aid is back up to date (please don't make me use it though!)

Tweed Valley Ultra 50km done in 6hrs 25mins and a cool 11minutes off my 2019 time.
Beautiful weather for it, blue skies for days.
Stunning scenery.
Lovely marshals and organisers.
Nasty, unexpected 500metres additional distance 😂🤮.
8/24 female finisher.
4/9 in my category again 😅... 6 years older, I will take it!
