We are a small team of qualified therapists with several years expertise working in adult mental health within the NHS. We offer confidential bespoke therapy, agreed in advance with you. It’s not unusual for teens to have mood swings. Try reassuring them that it’s okay to feel that way.

But if they’re really upset or emotional about something explain that these feelings are completely normal. And that it's also normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes and encourage them to do something to help them feel calmer.
