Overall wellness and passion for sports education. What is Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)? Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a protocol to correct an apparent leg length difference and bring the body back into balance. It is a series of gentle stretches, mobilisations and muscle release techniques carefully crafted by Hugh Gilbert to bring about postural changes that will correct the body’s imbalances.

This therapy is specifically designed to almost effortlessly free your body of physical restrictions and help restore it to it's natural, dynamic, balanced and energetic state. Many medical 'experts' will tell you that without months of postural reconstruction this cannot be done. KCR proves this completely untrue and often succeeds in doing so in 1 to 3 appointments. Sessions take place on a treatment table and clients are fully clothed at all times. KCR can bring relief from;
Sciatic Pain,
Post Pregnancy pain,
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,
Chronic Back Pain,
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,
Chronic Groin Sprains,
Chronic Knee Problems,
Chronic Neck Pain,
Sprained Ankles,
Fibromyalgia,
Migraine Headaches,
Scoliosis,
Pelvic Problems,
Teeth Clenching,
Tennis Elbow,
Tight Calves,
T.M.J Dysfunction,
Tired Shoulders,
Wrist Problems,
I.B.S
Bloating,
Snoring / Sleep Apnoea,
Chronic Stress,
Lack of Sleep,
Breathing Difficulties,
R.S.I
Plantar Fasciitis (Policeman's Heel)
P.T.S.D
Autism
and many more! What is Connective Tissue Release (CTR)? Connective Tissue Release (CTR) opens up areas of deep restriction within the body. Hugh's approach to releasing the connective tissue is a combination of techniques. Having found that the connective tissue aka Myofascial Release, releases much quicker and most times with much less emotional crisis when the protocol of KCR is applied first. What is Postural Energetics? Postural Energetics (PE) allows you to fine tune and self heal your own body daily. Postural Energetics was developed by Hugh Gilbert, based on the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy as taught by Herman Mueller, who shows how the body is a reflection of your energy and spirit. Hugh's insight and intuition lead him to realize that changes no matter how gentle in your posture will change everything. Patrycja Marek is an owner of KEY TO HEALTH sice 2014. She is an experienced KCR Accredited Practitioner and Trainer. Acive worker as a swimming teacher and snowsports instructor allowed to combine all services and create space for fun and wellbeing.
migreny, bóle głowy, zespół przewlekłego stresu, zespół jelita drażliwego, przewlekły ból pleców zespół cieśni nadgarstka, problemy z miednicą, bezdech, bezsenność, chrapanie syndrom chronicznego zmęczenia, przewlekłe problemy z kolanem, skręcone kostki, zaciskanie zębów skrzywienia kręgosłupa, zmęczone barki i ramiona, ból między łopatkami, trudności w oddychaniu, przewlekły ból szyi, wzdęcia, ADHD, fibromialgia, przewlekła niewydolnośc żylna, łokieć tenisisty i wiele wiecej.

Pracuje indywidualnie i grupowo z dziećmi i dorosłymi.

Hugh Gilbert. The man. The myth. The legend. The creator of Kinetic Chain Release.

Today would have been his 80th birthday.

Your work still moves through all of us doing the work. Grateful for what you shared and what continues to ripple out.

Happy Birthday Amigo 🤙🏼

Today we quietly acknowledge Hugh Gilbert.

A physiotherapist who asked a simple question:
How can the body return to balance?

That question became Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR)
and it’s still changing lives today.

Your body adapts quickly to damage → pain shows up later as your body creates an unbalanced posture → KCR brings it back into balance - fast.
