🌸 Update to the cancellation policy at Enliven 🌸

Your appointments are very important to me at Enliven; it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully now request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on my wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Consequently, I have a strictly enforced a 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments, which may result in a cancellation fee.
Not receiving electronic notification of your appointment before your appointment is not a sufficient reason to miss an appointment. I send reminders as a courtesy, but clients are responsible to keep, or cancel, their appointment regardless of whether they receive a reminder or not.

Cancellation Fees
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment you are unable to attend, up to 48 hours before your appointment, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged half the cost of the appointment.
No-shows will also be charged the full price of the appointment.
