Autumn classes starting back on Wednesday 3rd of September at the Church Hall on Edmonstone Road at 7.30pm. This is a mixed level Hatha Yoga class that suits beginners very well. A lovely friendly, welcoming group of people coming together to practice and improve Asana's and skills to regulate the nervous system and find calm and stillness in a busy week. Drop me a message please to confirm a place. 🙏

So the sun sets on another beautiful yoga retreat in Dollar. Amazing people, food & weather! What's not to like? Get yourself booked in for the October ( might still be some sunshine!) or November Retreats. Still some places left. Or because you're worth it. Go crazy and join us in Tuscany next spring.

Thanks to McGonigle for a fantastic training weekend on the 12th & 13th July on Anatomy & Yoga. Some very interesting new information and such a nice learning environment.

So that was the final class of this term. Thanks to everyone who attended, worked so hard and made this such a friendly & welcoming place to practice yoga. A wee break over the summer, then back on 3rd September.
