Yogawithrosina Classes at Newton Parish Church Hall, Danderhall 7.30-8.30pm Wednesdays I am delighted to have found this wonderful space at Omh to teach in.

I first took up yoga over 30 years ago to help a back injury and cannot imagine life without it now. In recent years I have trained with SYA on their foundation course and then went to India to complete my yoga teachers training at The Santhi School of Yoga in Trivandrum.
