Ear wax is completely normal, it’s there to protect your ears, but when it builds up it can leave you feeling blocked, uncomfortable, and like your hearing has gone muffled.

At St John’s Hearing Aid Centre we offer safe, professional ear wax removal using two trusted methods: microsuction (gentle suction using magnification) and irrigation (a carefully controlled flow of water).

Both are carried out by our HCPC-registered technicians, and you can book in at the clinic or use our Mobile Ear Wax Removal service if you’d prefer us to come to you.

Today is National Pet Day, and we wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing assistance dogs, especially hearing dogs who support people with hearing loss.

They do so much more than help with practical things like alerting to doorbells, alarms, and someone calling your name… they also bring calm, confidence, and companionship. For many people, they’re a real lifeline.
