20 years ago, I came to yoga for flexibility.
I wanted to touch my toes.
To open my hips.
To move deeper into shapes.
Today, my practice looks very different.
Now I practice for strength, strength that supports my bones, my hormones, my nervous system.
Strength that will carry me through menopause, ageing, and all the transitions that come with being a woman.
Yoga taught me that flexibility alone is not enough.
We need stability.
We need resilience.
We need practices that support us for life, not just for the mat.
This evolution is reflected in the way I teach.
Classes rooted in awareness, intelligent movement, and strength with softness.
Because yoga isn’t about staying young... It’s about staying well.
If your practice is evolving too, you’re not alone.
