ON THE DAY

Designed especially to nourish, rejuvenate and deep cleanse, this one hour facial, will leave your skin feeling not only refreshed and renewed but also deeply moisturised, protected and ready for Autumn.

Bettina will begin with Éminence Stone Crop Gel Wash to gently cleanse the skin and wash away impurities. Ideal for those with even the most sensitive of skin, this gel wash helps even skin tone and minimize the appearance of blemishes to impart a healthy-looking complexion.

Next up, Éminence Stone Crop Oil restores moisture and removes impurities, leaving your skin feeling fresh, dewy and soft. This non-greasy cleansing oil is fortified with nutrient-rich microgreens and brightening stone crop, bringing balance back to the skin.

Bettina will follow this with Éminence Lime Refresh Tonique, a refreshing and balancing tonique for all skin types. It is rich in vitamin C to tone and balance the skin’s appearance.

To accelerate the exfoliation process, Bettina will then apply Eminence’s Yam & Pumpkin Pro Enzyme Peel to remove dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of pigmentation, fine lines and sun damage. The natural enzyme content of yam and pumpkin will leave your skin appearing firm and radiant.

Now, more than ever, it’s time to check in on our mental health.
Led by qualified Bach Flower Registered Practitioner and essential oils expert, Rose Morley, this Zoom event will explore how Bach Flower Remedies and Essential Oils can help support our mental health in our everyday lives as well as at particularly difficult times. These remedies can be powerful tools in times of stress or emotional pain, giving support when emotions such as fear, sadness or anger flood in.

Strictly limited to 10 places.

Tickets cost £20 and include 4 mini vials of essential oils, a 5ml bottle containing sweet almond oil, a 10ml bottle of a Bach Flower Remedy and notes to accompany the class. These will all be sent to you in advance. Please bring a notepad and pen on the day.

It’s a tough time for young people right now.

Normally the Nat 5, Higher and Advanced Higher students would be beginning to sit exams soon - a hard enough prospect, but this year everything is up in the air. We know that many school age learners are still having to undergo assessment tests in order to confirm their final grades, with all the stress and anxiety that comes with that, so let’s not be in any doubt that young people are under significant pressure this year.
