2026 is the new 2016…

A little Tuesday nostalgia that we couldn’t resist.
This time ten years ago, Dr Nestor picked up the keys to open Dr Nestor’s Medical Cosmetic Centre, and what a journey it’s been.

A decade on, we’re proud to have grown into The Mayfield Clinic by Dr Nestor.

From just Dr Nestor himself to an incredible team of over 10 doctors, surgeons, and nurses - this journey is truly thanks to our patients for growing with us over the past decade.

How are we able to slim the face by adding volume?

The patients 3D volumetric analysis illustrates how targeted filler placement can both add volume and strategically refine facial contours. Comparing before and after treatment we can see increased volume in blue, with a decrease in volume in orange and yellow. Lateral filler with chin augmentation has resulted in a almost a 2.5ml decrease in volume in the jowl area!

So how do we get here? Firstly, a good consultation. We want to know how you feel, what your concerns are and ultimately, what your ambitions are. It’s never about lines or folds. It’s about how you feel.

These “tweakments" are all discussed at length within your consultation where our doctors are able to assess your concerns and create a targeted plan for your desired outcome.

The patient above felt she was looking “sad and saggy” and wanted a fresher look. One that was as vibrant is she feels on the inside. She was treated with a total of 6mls of Juvederm filler, to achieve a beautifully natural result by Dr Nestor.
