What a fantastic first day at Therapy Expo at the NEC Birmingham! 🙌
I’ve been soaking up some brilliant talks covering everything from Blood Flow Restriction Training and shoulder rehab to pain management, foot & ankle rehabilitation, and plantar heel pain—and that’s just scratching the surface.

So many insights, too many to list… but I’m definitely heading back to clinic with some real gems to put into practice! ✨😊

👋 Welcome to Our New Team Member – Charlie!

We’re delighted to welcome Charlie to the Parham Physiotherapy team!

Charlie has several years of experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy, working in the NHS alongside highly skilled Physiotherapists and MSK Specialists in Orthopaedic Management. He also provides post-operative rehabilitation in a local private hospital, supporting patients after joint replacements and soft-tissue surgeries — making him your go-to for recovery and rehabilitation.

🕓 Charlie is available for appointments on Thursday afternoons and evenings, with plans to add a Tuesday evening clinic soon.

🤖AI within Physiotherapy is evolving as a part of life. We need to embrace it or we risk being left behind. 💫Great day at Digital Solutions for In-Service Delivery held by discussing how we can use AI and digital solutions to enhance our care. Some fantastic ideas and a fabulous opportunity to meet up with new (and some familiar) faces. Brilliant to learn about what AI do for us and what it can’t. It still doesn’t get the human nuance ☺️. Now to continue with this book. Only two chapters in, but already getting a bit deep……!
