Tonight in our mindfulness group, we’ll be exploring the power of our thoughts….especially that inner critical voice we all have.
We’ll look at how easily we believe our thoughts, how they impact our emotions and behaviour, and how often they’re not actually facts at all.
Through simple tools like labelling, questioning thoughts, and practising self-compassion, we’ll learn how to step back, create space, and respond in a more supportive way.
This is just one part of a 6-week journey where we build these skills step by step.
