Are you ready to learn how to pause, breathe, and find calm in the middle of life’s stressors.
This 6-week course will gently guide you through practical mindfulness tools to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve focus and clarity
• Build emotional resilience
• Cultivate self-compassion
• Feel more present in daily life
🌱 Each week we’ll explore topics and simple practices you can take into your everyday routine, from mindful breathing and body awareness to grounding techniques and mindful communication.
No prior experience needed. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
