There was laughter, learning, tears of happiness, lots of hugs, and maybe a few 🥂 thrown in too! 🤣

I had so many reasons why I should NOT go out on my bike today 😬

🩵 It was still a little misty
🩵 I’m tired
🩵 My body feels a bit sore
🩵 It could be busy out
🩵 I feel fat
🩵 I’m not fit enough
🩵 And let’s be honest… I wanted to avoid the hills because they are BLOODY HARD 😂

But if I’m really honest… they were all excuses.
The real reason?

I was anxious 😬

So the plan changed.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just get ready and get out.

And despite all the excuses… it turned out to be such a lovely ride.
The only thing missing was a bit of sunshine 🌞

And I’ll say it quietly…
Thanks to my brother for the advice on how to approach the hills.

I hate to admit it — but he was right 😏

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the ride.
It’s getting out of your own head.

Well, I done a thing this week 😃

I learnt how to use a sewing machine 😬

I went through a mixed range of emotions from 😳🤔🤯😤🧐🙂😁

But the final result was making some lovely pouches for my hot stones 💪

To say I am relieved, over the moon, and incredibly proud would be an understatement! I recently completed level 5 life coaching, and it has been one of the most challenging—yet rewarding—journeys of my career.

I originally started this course to better understand the "whys" and "hows" of navigating life’s obstacles. But along the way, it became so much more.

I’ve already been integrating these insights into my work with patients and within my Pilates classes. It’s allowed us to dive deeper into the "why" behind your progress, helping us move past blocks and reach new goals together.

I am so excited to bring this new layer of expertise to everything I do. Thank you for being part of this journey with me! 🥂
