I have the pleasure of treating a lovely 93-year-old lady 😊

She is so active, always walking everywhere, she comes to me to ease the pain in her legs 🚶‍♀️

The reason why im posting this is that your treatments should be about easing pain, not creating more pain to keep active and move 🤗

She always walks out saying.....I feel like I have nee legs 🦵 ❤️

What can I say, I'm shattered my body is battered but what an incredible event thank you Ultra Challenge

I have done a far few events and this has to be one of the best and one of my favourites in terms of organisation and how well looked after you are, but by no means the easiest I've done 😳

Thank you so much for all your lovely messages and support it means the world to me.

Please please donate to this amazing cause that I walked for..... it was an emotional one for me, too many beautiful people family and friends I know have been affected by this horrible disease.
