*Timetable:
Friday:
5-6 PM: Relaxed arrival & light evening meal
7 PM: Yoga & Relaxation
8 PM: Introduction to the course, Pranayama

Saturday:
7-8:30 AM: Pranayama & related practices
8:30-9:30 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM-12:30 PM: Pranayama
12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch
2 PM: Optional beach visit or rest
3:30-4 PM: Pranayama & Relaxation Kriyas
4:30-6 PM: Evening Pranayama practice
7 PM: 3-course dinner with mocktails

Sunday:
7-8:30 AM: Pranayama
8:30-9:30 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM-12:30 PM: Final practices
12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch
Ends with an exquisite 3-course Sunday lunch! 🍽️
