As a Slimming World consultant I understand the decisions we make to lose weight. I’ve been there ❤️

Even though i totally believe that weight loss is 100% achievable without the need for injections or surgery, i would never judge anyone on their decisions to use injections or have surgery.

Believe me.. before finding what worked for me (Slimming World) I had tried all sorts..

While injections help suppress your appetite and reduce your interest in food, they won't help you with mindset and lifestyle changes to keep the weight off. Thats the part I can be there to help with. ❤️

Alongside any type of medical intervention, healthy eating is always recommended!

In my groups there is NEVER any judgement or humiliation, just support, understanding and guidance 🥰

I’m here to help support you no matter what ❤️
