To the woman who is tired…
Tired from always being the strong one.
Tired from giving more love than she’s ever received.
Tired from holding it all together while quietly falling apart inside.
Tired from the endless cycle of hoping, healing, and starting again.
I see you.
I know the weight you carry, even when you smile.
The way life has asked too much of you, too often.
The way your heart aches for rest, for safety, for someone to finally hold you.
You’ve walked through storms others could not survive.
You’ve been broken open and still found the strength to rise.
You’ve put your own needs last, over and over, yet here you are—still standing.
But beautiful soul know this… you don’t have to keep running on empty.
You don’t have to keep proving your worth through exhaustion.
Your soul is crying out for gentleness, for ease, for love that doesn’t hurt.
Rest, beautiful one.
Let yourself soften.
Let yourself be held—whether it’s by faith, by spirit, by your own arms around yourself—until the world feels safe again.
Because even in your tiredness, you are radiant.
Even in your weariness, you are worthy.
And even in your brokenness, you are whole.
💜 If this speaks to you, know that you’re not alone. I’m here, and I’m holding space for women who are ready to rest, heal, and remember who they truly are. Message me if you need that space too.
