Join Fiona’s practical and empowering workshop designed to help you and your birth partner feel ready for labour. You’ll explore massage, breath, movement, and comfort techniques, learn about labour stages, and discover how partners can provide meaningful support.

As we reach the end of the year, I just want to express a heartfelt thank you for being part of this community. It’s genuinely uplifting to watch it grow — and to see so many of you deepening your Yoga practice and discovering a little more about yourselves along the way.
