Her Slow Yoga is based on the practice of Sukshma Vyayama, a set of dynamic warm-up and strength exercises to facilitate the mastery of asanas. In all exercises for muscular development there is also some element of breathing exercises. Breathing exercises provide the body with the amount of oxygen necessary for the muscles to work. These are simple exercises that gently engage the whole body. It allows to remove muscle and energy blocks and clamps from the body. A huge advantage of these exercises is that they are available to almost all categories of people - from the very young to the elderly.
