Pigment Reduction – Tailored Treatment Approach

Pigmentation is complex and no two cases are ever the same. Depending on the type, depth, and cause of pigment, a combination of treatments may be required for safe and effective results.

Treatment options can include:
• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
• Medical-grade chemical peels
• PlasmaPen
• Targeted skin regeneration protocols

This particular case was treated using Plasma Pen technology.

The images show before treatment and fully healed results. Plasma works by creating controlled micro-trauma to the skin, encouraging regeneration and gradual pigment reduction while maintaining surrounding skin integrity.

Enhancing, not changing.

This client already had a beautifully defined natural lip shape, so the focus was on respecting her anatomy while restoring softness and hydration.

Using the Russian fan technique, small, controlled micro-fans were placed to support structure, enhance definition and create a smooth, balanced finish - without overfilling or distorting the natural borders.

Immediate post-treatment swelling is expected and continues to settle over 1–2 weeks, revealing a soft, refined result.
