A strong clinical foundation and commitment to evidence-based care sit at the heart of how I approach every treatment.

As a prescribing nurse with almost 30 years of experience within the NHS, my work is grounded in safe, considered and patient-centred practice.

I formed Anna Elliott Aesthetics following my move into medical aesthetics in 2022, driven by a passion for supporting confidence through subtle, natural-looking results. I focus on skin quality, gentle enhancement and maintaining balance, with safety, ethics and clinical judgement guiding every decision.

Helping clients feel comfortable, confident and supported remains central to everything I do, delivering personalised treatments that enhance rather than alter.

Heart shaped lips 💗

Subtle lip enhancement for this client - she already had beautifully shaped lips, so the focus was on maintaining her natural shape whilst defining the Cupid’s bow.

Volume was placed through the body of the lips to improve hydration and smoothness, with minimal projection from the side profile. The aim was balance, structure and a healthy, natural finish that complements her features rather than changing them 👄

Lip enhancement tailored to the client’s anatomy and goals.

The request was to increase vermilion height and restore volume through the central lip, while avoiding the oral commissures and outer borders to maintain natural movement and proportion.

Product placement was focused on building structure and support centrally, enhancing shape without widening the mouth or over-projecting the lateral lip.
