🦋 New Peer Support for Families Affected by Addiction in Moray

Butterflies is a new peer-led initiative founded by two people with lived experience of being affected by a loved one’s substance use, including bereavement. They aim to build local support for families and friends across Moray, starting with informal pop-in sessions:

Sat 9 Aug, 10am – 1pm – The Buckie Hub

Join us for a fun and engaging evening focused on enhancing wellbeing and connecting with peers.

This all-ages event is open to everyone and features:
🥗 Food Sharing: Bring your own food or a dish to share.
🕺 Traditional Dancing: No experience necessary, just bring your dancing spirit!
👥 Connection & Conversation: Meet new people and share stories.
🎻 Live Local Music: Performances from alive ceilidh Band and other community musicians.
🪩 Creative Spotlights: Local creatives, dancers, and musicians showcasing their sense of wellbeing (slots available if you would like to perform get in touch!)
