Still spaces for our Spring Balance & Align Yoga Retreat ✨️

Retreat is open to all levels of practioners, we will start with some breathwork, then focus our practice on balance poses, some restaurative yoga and finish with a chakra meditation.

Whether you're a complete beginner wanting to learn or an experienced yogi wanting to advance your practice, this is something for everybody.
