Our Sports Taping appointments are perfect for improving joint stability, supporting recovery, or managing muscle tension. Whether you’re active, returning from injury, or just looking for extra support - we’d love to welcome you.

No April Fools video from us this year… instead, we’ve got these fools taking on something a little different 👀😂

The Integrative Healthcare team will be walking harbour to harbour along the Moray coastline, tackling daft and fun challenges along the way - all in support of a cause very close to our hearts ❤️

We’re doing this for our wonderful colleague Susanne, who has been going through treatment. Throughout her journey, she’s been supported by the incredible Scottish Ambulance Service 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🚑 to help transport her to and from hospitals in Moray and Aberdeen. She has also relied on Oncology staff to help her while going through the treatment. Oncology staff are supported by Friends of Anchor 🎗️⚓️ and we want to give something back.

📅 Join us on Sunday 3rd May and cheer us on at Susanne’s Harbour Hoolie, or donate whatever you can to support these amazing organisations.
