Tee Off For A Great Cause!

Don’t miss the return of the annual Mikeysline Golf Day on 17th April 2026 at the stunning Spey Valley Championship Course, Aviemore, followed by an unforgettable evening of dinner, drinks and dancing at the Kingsmills Hotel.

Teams of four can enter for £1100, which includes bacon rolls, tea and coffee, a full evening celebration for eight guests, a three course meal with arrival drink and drams courtesy of Gordon & MacPhail, plus entertainment from John B’s Daughter and both silent and live auctions.

For those interested in attending the night time celebration, evening tables are available at £75pp or £600 for a table of eight.

📢 Non-Domestic Rates Update & Support

From 1st April 2026, all non-domestic properties have been revalued. By now, you should have received your updated valuation notice and bill. Reliefs and exemptions are not applied automatically after a revaluation - you must reapply. Don’t overpay - make sure you’ve applied for everything you’re entitled to.

Key Reliefs You Could Be Missing:

Small Business Bonus Scheme (from 1 April 2026)
✔️ Up to £12,000 RV – 100% relief
✔️ £12,001–£20,000 – variable relief
✔️ Multiple properties (up to £35,000 combined RV) – eligible for relief

Retail, Hospitality & Leisure Relief
🛍️ 15% reduction for eligible properties
🍻 40% reduction for licensed premises & music venues

Transitional Relief (limits bill increases)
📊 Up to £20,000 RV – max 15% increase
📊 £20,001–£100,000 – max 30% increase
📊 Over £100,000 – max 50% increase
