Revised hours! Family comes first and that means my 2
Little grandsons. I also have my 4th year at University and i volunteer around 16 hours per week (unpaid homers to the tradesmen 😂). Not forgetting i have a debilitating condition to manage inbetween…..

Its with a heavy heart i have to reduce an stick to these hours so i apologise now if its inconvenient for you but thats just how i have to work now. Please dina ask me to work outside of this.

These hours will be in effect on my return from holiday Oct 18.

As a Personal Trainer (PT) I have the ability to assist a client in changing their life for the better. Together we can achieve fitness & health goals through instruction, education & encouragement. A PT takes the time to chaperone the client through an entire program that has been written specifically for them, it’s not just barking orders at clients! It is my sole desire to revitalise and motivate people to progress to healthy practices safely. What to expect from me as your PT:

Pin pointing goals and creating customised exercise programs, motivating and encouraging clients to reach their health & fitness goals, monitoring clients progress, conducting fitness assessments, advise regarding healthy lifestyle & nutrition.

As an Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coach I use a specialist technique to assist you in recognising that the only thing holding you back from following your dreams and reaching your true potential is you. This technique is the ability to use NLP to harness the power of language to breakdown the mental barriers that we unconsciously create for ourselves. NLP is considered to be one of the most useful and accessible tools to come from modern psychology and can be used to develop:

Stress Management, improve feelings of empathy, improve communication skills, resolution of destructive relationship patterns.
