I will be remaining closed for rest of the month as it stands just now and i will be reviewing depending on how things are here.

Hoping everyone is doing ok . Thank you all for your lovely messages while I remain closed . Im afraid I will be closed a while yet and will be in touch with everyone that is booked in.
Its difficult for me as I love working in my therapy room catching up with everyone and sharing my treatments with you all but at the minute my wee mum has got to come first.
I will be reopening as soon as I possibly can so please dont worry about vouchers running out or anything like that as I will honour all ( as I usually do).
I just ask for your continued patience & understanding.

I never did understand the camel & hump day expression. I first heard it when i worked in a care home in Rutherglen many many years ago . So happy hump day one & all. If you can, get out & enjoy that sunshine and if not, open your windows and let the beautiful sunshine in.
Remember self care is soooo important so please try and take time for you! You never go wrong with a cup of your favourite coffee or tea and a good book ! Xx

Well , that flew in ! Had a lovely time with family and lots of lovely walks and rest.
Im back to my wee therapy room tomorrow and looking forward to seeing you all. I am fully booked this week & will be in touch with those i had to cancel before my holiday to get you all rebooked.
Please bear with me for now though as I will be working reduced hours for next wee while as my wee mum is still not too well at the minute . Thanks for all being the wonderful, understanding people you are .

Just want to thank everyone for their understanding over past week or so while Ive had to cancel and rearrange appointments due to my wee mum being poorly. Still not quite 100% but on the right road now. Thank you all so much.
Im flat out this week and then im having three weeks off to get some rest and catch up with my family . My brother coming home from Oz for a holiday with his family so looking forward to spending time together . Back on 14th July . Meantime , take care of yourselves and enjoy the sunshine when it appears again . Rhona xx

You can chat about whatever you want or just close your eyes and shut off for a while, its your choice. Im here to provide the treatments, listen, support and hold space for you 🙏❤️
