Peacefully, after a long illness, courageously fought, at Abbeyvale Nursing Home, Elgin, on Friday, 21st November, 2025, Eric Dunbar Paton, aged 76 years, of Coral Peel, dearly loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many. Funeral service, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, in Steven Thomson and Son, Funeral Home, Clifton Road, Lossiemouth, on Friday, 5th December, at 2.00p.m. Family flowers only please. Lorraine, Alec, Rachael and Dod would like to sincerely thank all family, friends and neighbours for the love and support shown to us on our recent sad loss. We have been deeply touched by the many visits, flowers, cards, messages and acts of kindness. Sincere thanks to Fiona at Moray Coast Medical Practice for all the support you gave us and the CRT ladies for the exceptional care and kindness Michael received, you all went above and beyond. Wendy Toner, thank you for telling Michael’s story, you did it so beautifully with humour and empathy. Thanks to Malcom and Billy at the Stotfield for providing the lovely teas. Room to Bloom for the beautiful floral tributes and to Richard Anderson for his wonderful piping. It is with great sadness that we share the sudden passing of our beautiful Mum Morag Anderson (née McLennan),who died in the loving arms of son Sandy and daughter Carron at home in Clanchattan, Paradise Lane, Lossiemouth, on Thursday, 30th October.
Funeral service will be held at Lossiemouth Church of Scotland (formerly St James' Church), Prospect Terrace, Lossiemouth, Monday, 10th November, at 1.30pm., to which all family and friends are warmly invited.
