⏰ 22.5–30 hours per week

We’re looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

✅ Band 6 preferred, but
✅ Band 5 applicants very welcome, with clear progression to Band 6

The role includes treatment room duties and a strong focus on Chronic Disease Management. Experience in respiratory care and coronary care is desirable but not essential.

Crescent Brand - Ramipril 5mg Recall.

All packs of ramipril 5 mg Capsule manufactured by Crescent Batch Number GR164099 are being recalled as a precautionary measure as some packs found to contain Amlodipine tablets.

We do not believe we’ve been supplied with any of this brand during the affected time in 2025 but bringing it to patients attention.

If you were prescribed Ramipril 5 mg Capsules and have received the impacted product batch (Batch Number GR164099) please check that the carton contains the correct medication

The batch number and expiry date information can be found on outer packaging.

If you are unsure or have any questions, please pop into the pharmacy with your medication.

Wi-fi Calling

We have had a few patients reporting issues receiving our calls due to bad signal in their home. We thought we'd share some information on wi-fi calling. Most people have a smartphone with capability to allow calls to be answered using their home wi-fi network rather than their mobile providers network. This can be helpful if you live in a poor signal area.

Some phones automatically have this enabled as standard but otherwise you would have to enable yourself manually. EE has a really good resource which explains how to do it for various smartphones.

Stay connected with EE WiFi Calling. Make and receive calls and texts over WiFi when there’s no mobile signal. Learn how to set it up, costs, and troubleshooting tips.
