Hi everyone,
My name is Kathryn and I am a fully qualified Complementary Therapist with a passion for helping people to improve their health and well-being. My treatment room is based at 50 High Street, Elgin, where I offer a warm, comfortable and confidential environment where clients can relax and enjoy a variety of complementary therapies. My room is equipped with a fully electric massage couch which can be adjusted to promote ultimate relaxation. The air is scented with a blend of beautiful organic essential oils in my diffuser and there are always plenty of plush throws to keep you warm and cosy. I registered as a nurse in 2006 but decided I wanted to change my career. I went back to studying and in 2019 I qualified with an HNC in Complementary Therapies from the University of Highlands and Islands. In order to focus on my therapies I decided to give up my nursing registration in September 2022. Although I offer a variety of complementary therapies I have a passion for reflexology. Since qualifying I have gone on to complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and I am now qualified in facial reflexology, facials, Zone Face Lift, menopause reflexology, crystal reflexology, Gua Sha, facial cupping, ear reflexology, Indian head massage and crystal sole healing. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and am fully insured. …and I’m back!!
After needing to finish work for 2025 a week earlier than planned, I am now back at work and ready for 2026, also later than planned.
There’s been a lot going on over the last 3 1/2 weeks and with early starts, extremely late nights, high stress levels, and on a few occasions not the most nutritious food, my body finally succumbed to a cough and a cold. However, I am now feeling much better and cannot wait to get back to work to see my lovely clients.
My room has such a lovely vibe and energy to it to start the new year ✨

The room is fully equipped with a height adjustable massage couch and a La Fuma chair which reclines back to the ideal position to promote ultimate relaxation. The air is scented with a blend of beautiful essential oils in my diffuser and there are always plush throws to keep you covered and cosy. Please note the treatment room is upstairs.
I have been a registered nurse since 2006 but decided I wanted to change my career. I went back to studying and in 2019 I qualified with an HNC in Complementary Therapies from the University of Highlands and Islands in 2019.
Although I offer a variety of Complementary Therapies I have a passion for Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Since qualifying as a Complementary Therapist I have gone on to complete Continuing Professional Development in Pregnancy Massage. I am currently studying various Reflexology courses and hope to have them completed soon in order for me to offer new and exciting treatments to my clients.
