Brian had a spinal condition which caused compression at the top of his spinal cord.

This created weakness in his right arm and leg. After spinal surgery and many different diagnoses, he came to Move4ward.

His main goal was to walk again. Our Physio team uses the Flex4ward as a tool to improve his walking and help him on his journey to independence.

Brian finds that when he uses the Flex4ward his right leg swings through more easily, his steps are smoother and he walks faster.

Dee was first diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in her 30’s and became a full powered wheelchair user in 2012. She started working with Move4ward in 2018 with the goal of walking independently.

Dee says that with the help of the Flex4ward her walking quality is greatly improved.
“I’m getting movement back that I never envisioned that I would have”.

Dee says it helps to bend her knees which have previously been very stiff due to her Multiple Sclerosis.
Here is Dee wearing a Flex4ward on each leg. Amazing work Dee!
