We are very pleased to announce that we will be taking ten of the lovely people we care for to Blackpool for a day trip🥰

Huge thank you to Focus4Hope who have very kindly donated the use of their minibus for the day. Their generosity means we can take even more people to enjoy a smashing day out! 🤍

Our ladies and gents will be enjoying afternoon tea at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom💃, before taking a short walk along the promenade🌊, enjoying the sights at North Pier🎡and playing arcade games 🕹️ before enjoying fish and chips at a nearby restaurant 🐟

We currently have two vacancies at our friendly 24-bed residential care home, where we support individuals, some of whom are living with dementia, to live safely and comfortably.
• 33 hours per week (days)
• 22 hours per week (nights)
• Pay: £12.25 per hour

What a day! 💛 We were blown away by the turnout at our Summer Fayre, with former staff, families of former residents and our local community all coming together, it really was heartwarming. Together we raised an incredible £950.87 (with about £50 well-spent on ice creams from Soft Joes Ice Cream Van 🍦)

Huge thanks to everyone who joined in, whether you bought raffle tickets, baked, bid in the auction, or tried your luck on the tombola, you made the day so special.

Extra special thanks to Dawn for the incredible organisation and ex*****on of the event, and to our amazing staff team for pulling together to make it all happen 🙌

Thank you also to Martin Barwell for DJing, Bamford Belles & Beaus for the line dancing and all the wonderful local businesses who kindly donated prizes. We are so grateful, what a community! ❤️

We’ve had a “sweet” afternoon at Norton House!🤍

Our residents enjoyed making chocolate cornflake cakes together, although a few decided it wasn’t worth the wait and tucked straight into the chocolate and cornflakes in the bowl!
