MEET THE TEAM 👏

Ella joined us in 2024 as a Support Assistant, arriving quietly but with the kind of warmth and dedication you simply can’t teach. From her very first weeks, she had a natural way of connecting with the people we care for. She was gentle, patient, and genuinely interested in their stories 🥰

Since then, we’ve watched her blossom into a confident, friendly and truly exceptional carer. Her leadership skills have shone through too, earning her a well-deserved promotion to Acting Senior. She has also made a notable contribution with a few TikTok’s along the way! 💃

Ella is a real asset to our home, and we feel incredibly lucky that she’s chosen to grow her career with us. Our residents feel the benefit every single day 💕
