Haven't advertised in a while so thought I would give it another go to see if I can be of help to anyone in need.

I'm self employed and deliver the help and support people need in the community. I have worked in the care industry for over 20+ years and love making a difference to people's lives. I have a full enhanced DBs check that allows me to work with vulnerable people, elderly, people/ children with disabilities and anyone else how would like some support I also have lovely references from people that I have supported that gives positive feedback for the work I provide.

The tasks that I offer are:

* Personal care including bathing, shower, oral care
* Medication administration
* Meal preparation
* Housework
* Laundry including ironing
* Attend appointments
* Shopping
* Companionship
