We are proud and excited to announce that Turners of Rishworth will be open for business from Friday 25th April at Rishworth Business Complex, Oldham Road, Rishworth (next to Cinnamon Lodge and adjoining Just Scrumptious.

We are a family run business sourcing produce direct from the local farming community and producers.

Being full carcass butchers we will be offering a full range of fresh meat produce all prepared by ourselves on site from local farms, hung and matured in our cold rooms.

Our in house bakery will be offering a vast range of homemade pies, meals and confectionery, all to our own recipes, with seasonings produced in Yorkshire, using the quality raw ingredients as available in the shop.

Other produce on sale will be

* Breads from The Handmade Bakery Slaithwaite (was temporarily trading from Triangle Bakery)
* Milk from David Hamer,Rishworth
* Dairy produce from Longley FarmHolmfirth
* Free Range eggs from Knowl End Farm, Todmorden
* Cheeses from Birkby Cheese, Huddersfield
* Ice cream from Just Jenny's Farmhouse Ice Cream, Barkisland
* Flavoured butters from The Yorkshire Kitchen
* Oils and bread dippers from Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil
* Pasta from Yorkshire Pasta Company.

So I might not be the ideal choice for you if:

For the husband-wife who phoned their partners to say I love u one last time before the plane crashed. For the lovers who stopped in the stair well to call their loved ones to say I will love u forever.
For the mummy's and daddy's who kissed their children goodbye in the morning and died that day.
For the policeman who rushed in to help the fireman only to die themselves.
